GLK PREMIER The Home Suites & Spa

Had to insist they opened sauna Gym equipment dangerous and not mended Turkish bath not very efficient Very disappointing as I paid for facilities that were not up to scratch

I can?t say enough great things about this hotel! The staff was amazing, attentive and accommodating our family needs. Everything well done and immaculate clean..they literally hand scrub the walls and steps every day!! Great care and pride and it shows !

Very nice cozy hotel. The hotel is located in an excellent location. Near the Blue Mosque and most other attractions. It is also very close to the sea. The staff was very helpful . The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent

Overall nice and clean hotel with a great location. It is NOT a five star hotel or not really even a four star hotel BUT it is a very good hotel. Breakfast was good. Shower was good. AC was good. Everyone was speaking good English. Not worth $--- per

Comforter was to narrow. Barely covered the bed and definitely not 2 people. No conditioner and no refills on toiletteries for 6 nights. Also no refill on water, tea or sugar over the 6 nights. All the pillows were overstuffed and hard. Breakfast was ok.

Location is great, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfase was amazing, the service was excellent.

There was no lunch service, dinner is only served if booked well in advance, options are limited. The room was small, limited space for suitcases. Airport transfer too expensive. Recommeded: offer a sandwich/snack bar for late night guests.

Staff, breakfast

jacuzzi in room did not work. My overall experience is jacuzzi's never work so probably not on hotel.

Ground floor room meant lots of noise from staff and from other guests. Hard to sleep in the morning due to the noise.

Hotel was close to attractions, breakfast was ok, staff was helpful

Room size was small, it mentioned 3 adults for Junior suite, but third bed was sofa chair converted to bed like the ones in hospital so it was not very comfortable.

Buffet btreakfast

AC didn't work. Too small to be considered a family suite. Housekeeping and cleaning could be better

The hotel was rated wrong tv wasn't working properly cutains were broke safe was working at first

The location was superb with an easy walk to major shopping and historic sites in Istanbul. Breakfast was good.

No airport shuttle service. Considering the short distance to the airport and the star rating of the hotel, this is unacceptable.

Location, clean, good breakfast, and the view of the bosphorus and the blue mosque. The staff was very helpful.. Would go again if I Can

Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff, easy in/out from the airport, breakfast was very enjoyable. Easy to get to public transit and taxis form the hotel, easy to get to Asia side via Marmara or taxi.

The hotel helped arrange airport transportation and found the best tour guide as well. The breakfast buffet was elaborate and the room was very clean and comfortable (excellent ac). The location is perfect and I will definitely return.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and beautiful. The service was very good. The breakfast was above the average. Overall I recommend this Hotel.

The room was a little small, and the breakfast could be improved.

Not a five star hotel according to any standards. It's been rated incorrectly. Not more than a 3 star hotel
